Target Audience: Customers who purchase Relcon Drives.

Concept: Sell Preventative Maintenance and Maintenance Training
Program to customers.

Design Issues: Create a French and English brochure using the same design. Include customer response postcard into the design.

Design Process: Apply the Siemens corporate design standards. Consider spacing for the French language brochure. Use Company photo to convey the message “Standing behind our product”. Consider paper stock for both brochure and postcard.

Outcome: The Company was able to send out the brochure and receive response from their customers using the postage paid return postcard.
